Hatha Yoga Flow in English with Rita Senn – every Saturday morning
About Rita & her class:
Rita has been practicing Yoga since she was 17 years old.
She had her first teacher training at the age of18 in Rishikesh Himalaya, India and then pursued her education deeper each year with different Yoga Teacher trainings and Massage Trainings too!
She has studied Thai Massage & Reflexology at Wat po, Bangkok in Thailand
And Ayurveda & Panchakarma in Kerala, India
Rita’s class is Hatha Yoga Flow combining strength & Flexibility, working out on the physical side and practicing breathing techniques too!
The class is open to all levels, beginners to advanced since she combines different level options to each posture.
